The Pink Ribbon Foundation is governed by volunteers and we are unique because we give our proceeds to cancer patients at the University of Colorado Hospital Anschutz Cancer Pavilion through gas and grocery coupons, mortgage payments when they can’t make ends meet, childcare assistance, alternative medicine and much more.  This disease is mentally and financially crippling for many, especially when insurance doesn’t cover everything.  We like to say that “Until There’s a Cure, There’s The Pink Ribbon Foundation.”

In 2007 alone, The Pink Ribbon Foundation helped 162 breast cancer patients, and 164 patients with other forms of cancer.  For Integrative Medicine, there were 409 practitioner encounters and 131 new patient encounters just from Pink Ribbon funds.

We’re growing each year and with the support of donations like this one, patients are able to get treatment and assistance they may not otherwise have had the opportunity to receive.
